Onward and Upward
Two items to note here:
Firstly, starting from Show 14 Grooveline will be showcasing the very latest releases in the world of soulful house music. Each show will have at least three quality soulful house tracks from some of the worlds biggest house labels. Great care will be taken to ensure these tracks fit in snuggly with the rest of the show. Have a listen this week, and let me know how it sounds.
Secondly, I have been toying with the idea of buying some webspace and making Grooveline available throughout the week to download, or even stream at high and low quality on-demand. Financially, it wouldn't be too expensive and would give Grooveline a higher profile, and hopefully attract some more listeners to the show. Technical Problems hit Show 13
The premiere broadcast of Grooveline Show 13, on Tuesday afternoon, was not broadcast on the Internet due to a distribution problem which seemed to lie with Live365 - our internet streaming hosts. As a result, many listeners outside of the Reading area were unable to hear the broadcast. The stream is back up and running now, and should hopefully still be operation for the Sunday night repeat of this show.
The broadcast on 1386 AM/medium wave and on Patientline were not affected.
Apologies for any disappointment.
