ANNOUNCEMENT: Grooveline interruption

Apologies for the loss of Grooveline for around 10 minutes today, affecting the first broadcast of Show 105 between around 2.10pm and 2.20pm UK time. This was due to some essential maintainance of the playout server, which seems have needed to take place during my show.

The rebroadcast on Sunday night should be unaffected.

On this week's special show, celebrating two years of Grooveline:

* Another chance to hear the live hour with Kaldera, who joined me in the studio earlier in the year and performed a live acoustic set. They performed four tracks in all, and talked to be about the latest news regarding the band. Plus, they brought in some music of their own. It's one of the finest hours of the show so far!

* A re-run of the interview I conducted with Bluey of Incognito, just after the release of Eleven. This re-run comes one week before the release of their brand new album Bees + Things + Flowers, which I will feature on the show throughout October

* Plus some more music inbetween

Next week, the shows (and my life!) returns to normal.. roll on year 3!

ANNOUNCEMENT: Recent problems with Grooveline

While I was away on holiday, there were some problems with broadcasts of Grooveline. On Friday 8 September and Monday 11 September, instead of Show 103 being broadcast, the previous week's show was broadcast instead. Apologies for any disappointment.

Show 103 was eventually broadcast on the following week. This means that this week you will hear Show 104. Next week, all should be back to normal.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Problems with this week's Grooveline

Apologies for the late start of this Friday's edition of Grooveline. This was due to major computer scheduling problems in the studio.

I understand the problems are now over, and programmes over the weekend should be back to normal. Hopefully, the Sunday night repeat will go out as normal.
